Getting Started with Dashboard

Authentication Setup

The Banked Dashboard supports two authentication methods: SSO (OIDC) Authentication for organizations with existing identity providers, and Email/Password Authentication for simpler login requirements.

SSO (OIDC) Authentication

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you can integrate the dashboard with your identity provider using OpenID Connect (OIDC). This allows your team to use existing corporate credentials to access the Banked Dashboard, centralizing authentication and improving security.

Here's how:

  1. Contact Banked Support Initiate SSO setup and obtain the necessary configuration details.
  2. Provide OIDC Configuration Share details like your Client ID, Client Secret, and Issuer URL with Banked Support.
  3. Configure Redirect URIs Add and verify the correct redirect URIs in your identity provider.
  4. Test the Integration Confirm that SSO is functioning properly by signing in with your corporate credentials.

Email/Password Authentication

For organizations that prefer a straightforward login approach, contact the Banked Customer Success team at support@banked.com to have email/password authentication activated for your tenant and we'll securely send you the details.


Tip: For enhanced security, Banked supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using Time-based One-Time Passwords (TOTP).
